If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns are simple, no-fuss, and free.
The basics
Free returns, within 30 days of delivery.
If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. That's it.
How to return
Three easy steps.
- Email us at customerservice@love-emma.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
- Drop it off and your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the item.
Please note: We are not offering exchanges at this time. As a pre-order brand, each collection is produced in limited quantities. We appreciate your understanding and are so grateful for your support.
